Video Specialist –

We’re looking for a Video Specialist who can take a project from shoot to final delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, is confident behind the camera, and can create polished, engaging content across social media, digital platforms, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for brands, social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Build engaging edits through strong pacing, storytelling, music selection, sound design, and transitions.
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Create motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects where required.
- Adapt and optimise content for different platforms, formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Maintain organised project files, footage, audio, graphics, and other production assets.
- Work closely with the creative team to interpret briefs and turn feedback into stronger final outputs.

Videography

- Shoot brand films, social media content, campaigns, interviews, and other video productions.
- Confidently operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, and other production gear.
- Apply a strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, exposure, focus, and camera movement.




- Plan and capture footage with the final edit and storytelling requirements in mind.
- Assist with shoot preparation, equipment setup, and on-set production when required.

Skills & Requirements
- Solid video editing skills with an excellent sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software.
- Good understanding of colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, and sound design.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of camera operation, lighting, lenses, and production equipment.
- A strong visual eye, attention to detail, and good creative judgement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable receiving creative feedback and translating it into improved work.
- Up to date with social media content trends, editing styles, and platform-specific best practices.

Preferred

- Experience working with brands, agencies, production houses, or digital-first content teams.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing and videography skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, or additional post-production tools is a plus.
