Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor with shooting skills role based in Piravom. The role involves planning and shooting video content for a variety of brand and campaign needs, including social media, ads, and promotional materials.

The Video

Editor will organize footage, edit sequences, apply color grading, and integrate graphics or motion elements to create polished, engaging videos. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and copywriters, aligning visual output with brand guidelines, managing video assets, and meeting project timelines. The person in this role is expected to contribute creative ideas, maintain high production standards,



and support continuous improvement of the agency’s visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including camera operation, lighting basics, and on-site shooting.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing, with proficiency in non-linear editing software and structuring transparent, dynamic narratives.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual tone across projects.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for adding titles, transitions, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Relevant qualifications such as experience in creative agencies or media production, familiarity with social media video formats, and a portfolio demonstrating prior work.
- Ability to work in office in Piravom, collaborate effectively in a team setting, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
- Beneficial qualifications include knowledge of audio recording and mixing, basic photography skills, and understanding of branding and marketing principles.
