Think Tek Media is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Editor & Content Creator who can combine qualified video editing with the latest Generative AI technologies.

This is NOT a traditional Video Editor role.

We are looking for someone who can take an idea, script or concept and turn it into a complete, engaging video using AI + Professional Editing + Motion Graphics + Creative Storytelling.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO• Create high-quality Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements and promotional videos

- Edit raw footage into professional, engaging and retention-focused content
- Create AI-generated videos, cinematic scenes, characters, B-roll and visual sequences
- Convert scripts and creative concepts into complete AI-powered video productions
- Create image-to-video and text-to-video content
- Work with AI-generated characters, scenes and environments
- Create realistic talking-head / avatar videos and lip-sync content
- Use AI for voiceovers, sound effects, music and other production requirements
- Create motion graphics, transitions, VFX and visual effects
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media content
- Develop different creative versions for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and advertising campaigns
- Experiment with new AI tools and continuously improve our AI video production workflow
- Maintain visual consistency, quality and storytelling across multiple scenes

You do NOT need to know every tool.

What matters most is that you understand AI video production workflows and can quickly learn and experiment with new AI models and tools.

✔ Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

✔ Good knowledge of After Effects / Motion Graphics

✔ Practical experience with Generative AI video creation

✔ Ability to write effective AI prompts

✔ Understanding of camera angles, movements, lighting and cinematic composition

✔ Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across scenes

✔ Knowledge of AI image-to-video and text-to-video workflows

✔ Creative mindset and strong attention to detail

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

✔ Willingness to continuously experiment with new AI tools
