Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic content, especially for our spiritual, cultural, and event-based projects. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage to create compelling and high-quality videos.
- Work closely with the content team to understand project objectives and ensure alignment in video output.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance videos.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final output.
- Create thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and hashtags as per video content needs.
- Handle color grading, sound effects, and audio editing for polished content.
- Edit short reels and clips for social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Prepare video content in advance,



especially for scheduled religious and cultural events.
- Maintain the video library and organize project files for easy access.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media trends.
- Experience in editing content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Familiarity with spiritual, cultural, and religious event editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Photography, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in video editing.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
