Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Ernakulam.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, selecting and organising clips, adding transitions, sound, graphics, and motion elements, and ensuring consistent visual style across projects. The role also involves colour grading, basic sound refinement, and preparing videos in appropriate formats for different channels.

Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines,



and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Colour Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for video content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively on-site.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior agency or marketing experience and a portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion work will be an advantage.
