Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Chennai.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including assembling raw footage, selecting impactful clips, and crafting compelling narratives for digital content. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing videos for podcasts, training programs, social media, and promotional materials, as well as applying color grading, basic sound refinement, and visual enhancements. The role involves creating and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to support brand storytelling,



collaborating with content and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals, and managing file organization and version control.

The Video

Editor will also contribute creative ideas to improve content quality and optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality across all content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Experience using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in office in Chennai.
- Relevant educational background or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience editing content for educational, podcast, or community-driven platforms in the healthcare or technology sector is an advantage.
