About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, motion graphics, and short-form social media content.

You will work closely with our creative, content, and brand teams to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form content, primarily Instagram Reels and social media videos
- Work with large volumes of raw footage and identify the strongest shots to create compelling stories
- Create engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and visual flow
- Create motion graphics, text animations, and other visual elements
- Handle colour correction and colour grading
- Adapt content according to different brand identities and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with creative and social media teams on content execution
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles,



formats, and content patterns
- Explore and incorporate AI-based video generation and editing tools into the workflow
- Maintain an organized workflow for large volumes of footage and project files
- Deliver high-quality content within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics
- Positive knowledge of colour correction and colour grading
- Ability to efficiently handle and organize large volumes of raw footage
- Ability to identify the best moments from raw footage and turn them into engaging Reels
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends
- Familiarity with AI video generation and AI-powered creative tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to understand and maintain different brand visual identities
- Must have their own laptop/workstation capable of handling professional video editing software and workflows

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, trend-aware, and detail-oriented — someone who can take a large folder of raw footage, understand the story, identify the right moments, and turn them into engaging content.

Experience in a creative agency, digital marketing, production house, real estate, hospitality, wedding, or lifestyle content environment will be an added advantage.
