I’m looking for a video editor based in North Delhi to work with me on an upcoming batch of 30 YouTube videos.

The immediate project budget is ₹30,000 for 30 videos, with some flexibility depending on experience, quality, speed and the overall working arrangement.

But I’m not looking for someone to simply edit 30 videos and disappear.

I’m looking for someone who could potentially become my long-term Head of Production.

- Has solid YouTube/video editing skills
- Understands pacing, storytelling, retention and attention
- Can turn raw footage into engaging videos
- Has a good eye for cuts, music, B-roll, captions and visual storytelling
- Is reliable and can consistently meet deadlines
- Is willing to experiment and improve rather than simply follow instructions
- Understands that YouTube editing is very different from corporate video editing
- Wants to grow with a creator/business rather than just take freelance projects

Someone who performs exceptionally well on this initial project could eventually take on much more responsibility across:

Editing → Content Production → Production Management → Head of Production

That could include managing editors, organising shoots, creating workflows, maintaining quality standards, managing deadlines and eventually overseeing the entire production side.
