We’re Hiring: Video Editing Intern- Documentary-Style Content

We’re looking for a Video Editing Intern who is passionate about storytelling and wants to learn how to create engaging, research-driven, documentary-style content for YouTube and social media.

If you enjoy watching documentaries, explainers, podcasts, and storytelling content- and are interested in learning how great videos are put together, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in editing documentary-style YouTube videos and long-form content.
- Turn scripts, voiceovers, and conversations into engaging visual stories.
- Find and use relevant B-roll, images, archival footage, screenshots, and references.
- Assist with motion graphics, text animations, maps, charts, and visual explainers.
- Add music and sound effects to improve storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Edit podcast clips, trailers, teasers, and social media content.
- Work with the content and research team to understand the story and maintain accuracy.
- Make edits based on feedback and learn how to improve videos for audience retention.
- Experiment with different editing styles and storytelling techniques.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in video editing; freshers and students are welcome to apply.




- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong interest in documentary, business, geopolitical, historical, educational, or explainer content.
- Good understanding of basic storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Willingness to learn B-roll sourcing, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with scripts, voiceovers, and research material.
- Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Most importantly, a strong interest in becoming a better editor and storyteller.

Location: Ahmedabad

Type: Full time | In-office Internship
