The RoleWe're hiring a video editor who can turn raw footage, product screens, and rough ideas into videos that people actually watch product demos, feature walkthroughs, customer stories, founder content, and short-form social cuts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who edits fast, uses AI tools as a normal part of their workflow, and ships without needing to be chased.

What You'll Do

- Edit product demos, explainer videos, and feature launch clips end to end
- Cut long-form content (webinars, podcasts, interviews) into short-form for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram
- Handle motion graphics, screen recordings, captions, sound design, and color correction
- Use AI tools for scripting support, voiceovers, subtitles, B-roll generation, and speeding up repetitive edits
- Own the full pipeline: brief → rough cut → revisions → final export → delivery
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across everything we publish
- Suggest ideas, formats, and hooks — not just execute the brief

What We're Looking For




- 2+ years editing video professionally, with a reel or portfolio we can watch
- Strong command of Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus After Effects (or equivalent)
- Genuine comfort with AI video and audio tools Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, Opus Clip, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, or whatever you've made work. Tell us what you use and why
- An eye for pacing, hooks, and retention you understand why a viewer drops off at second three
- A get-things-done attitude: you scope your own work, hit deadlines, flag blockers early, and don't need hand-holding
- Ability to work with SaaS/B2B tech content and make technical topics feel simple

Nice to Have
- Experience editing for a SaaS or developer-focused brand
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop) for thumbnails and assets
- Familiarity with YouTube and LinkedIn video performance basics
