Role Description The Vice President at Star Estate is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Noida. This position is responsible for overseeing business operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring high standards of client service in the real estate portfolio.

President will lead and mentor teams, set strategic targets, monitor market trends, and collaborate with senior leadership to refine business strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, reviewing project performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications





- Proven leadership and team management experience in real estate, property development, or a related sector.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and sales management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Sound understanding of real estate regulations and market dynamics, preferably including UP RERA guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- High level of integrity, problem-solving aptitude, and decision-making skills suitable for senior leadership.
