Qualification: BE/BTech/Computer Science or equivalent qualification required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead product engineering, technology delivery and integrations for a fast-growing luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own web, mobile and internal platform architecture & delivery .
- Lead engineering roadmap, sprints, code quality and reliability .
- Manage ERP, POS, CRM and API integrations .
- Drive platform performance, uptime and production stability .
- Build and lead the in-house engineering team .
- Manage technology partners and build internal capabilities .




- Partner with Product and Business teams on scalable solutions .

Ideal Profile
- 10–14 years in software engineering with 4+ years in leadership .
- Experience scaling consumer apps, web or e-commerce platforms .
- Solid expertise in web/mobile architecture, APIs and integrations .
- Proven experience building engineering teams .
- Retail/consumer/luxury experience preferred.
- Strong technical, delivery and people leadership skills.
