Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Vice President HRD. The role involves leading the overall human resources development strategy, including workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development across the group companies.
The Vice
President HRD will design and implement HR policies, oversee employee engagement and relations, and ensure competitive and compliant employee benefits programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, optimizing HRIS and other HR technologies, collaborating with business leaders on organizational design and culture initiatives, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals.
The role requires working closely with senior management to drive change management, performance management systems, and long-term people development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies experience, with a track record of designing and implementing strategic HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Benefits, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and compensation and perks structuring.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), leveraging HR technologies to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in conglomerates or multi-business environments, with exposure to manufacturing and technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams, drive organizational change, and build high-performance cultures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at the executive level.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in HRD at national and international levels.
- Must have 25 years of experience in HRD of reputed companies and be currently working as General Manager HRD .
