Job Title: Vendor Management & Workforce Operations Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage global vendor relationships, contractor lifecycle operations, contract governance, procurement coordination, and compliance activities. The role will partner closely with Business, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and external vendors to ensure efficient workforce operations and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, compliance validation, and governance.
- Negotiate vendor commercials, rates, and contractual terms.
- Coordinate execution and management of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and other contractual agreements.
- Oversee contractor lifecycle activities, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.
- Support PR/PO creation processes and coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams.
- Manage vendor cost provisioning, workforce budgeting data, and invoice validation activities.
- Obtain required business, compliance, and leadership approvals for workforce transactions.
- Ensure audit readiness through accurate documentation and record management.
- Act as the primary liaison between Vendor Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, Compliance,



and Business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, governance initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration / human resources / finance / Operations.
- Solid understanding of vendor management, procurement, workforce operations, and contract administration.
- Knowledge of MSA, SOW, NDA, PR/PO processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, SuccessFactors.

Experience Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, Procurement Operations, Contractor Management, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
- Experience managing global staffing/service vendors and contractor workforce programs.
- Proven experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, compliance, and audit support.
- Exposure to budgeting, cost governance, invoice management, and procurement processes is preferred.

Preferred Background Candidates from Vendor Management Office (VMO), Procurement Operations, Staffing Governance, Contractor Workforce Management, HR Operations, or Shared Services environments will be highly preferred.
