Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Van Sales role based in Bengaluru.

The Van

Sales team member will be responsible for visiting retail outlets and customers along assigned routes, promoting products, taking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery from the company vehicle. The role includes maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels in the van, and handling basic documentation such as invoices and receipts. The individual will interact with customers daily, address inquiries, and escalate concerns when required to maintain strong relationships.





The role also involves coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams, reporting route performance, and following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with retailers and end customers.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve route targets, manage accounts, and support sales growth.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to help onboard new team members and reinforce best practices in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record suitable for operating a company van in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for handling cash, invoices, and inventory counts accurately.
- Ability to work on-site, manage physical tasks such as loading/unloading products, and follow route schedules consistently.
- Prior experience in FMCG or field sales is preferred but not mandatory; local language proficiency and English basics are beneficial.
