UX Experience Designer. This role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.
What Youll Do
- Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features, translating product goals into intuitive user flows and scalable interaction patterns.
- Own the design from end-to-end - from user research, concepts exploration to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing
- Work on interaction design for medium-to-large features (from concept to delivery)
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and design leads
- Actively participate in design critiques, workshops, and alignment sessions
- Contribute to and extend design systems and interaction standards
- Validate designs through usability testing, research data, and feedback loops
- Ensure handoff quality and implementation fidelity
Collaboration Expectations
- Work effectively with other UX designers to ensure consistency across features
- Align with design leads on patterns, quality standards, and strategic direction
- Provide and receive constructive design feedback
- Drive cross-team alignment on interaction patterns and user experience decisions
