Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a relevant technical field.

Experience

4–6 years of relevant experience in Utility / Plant Maintenance.

Candidates with experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG, Dairy, Pharma, or other manufacturing plants will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of plant utility systems

- Handling compressors, chillers, cooling towers, RO Plant, ETP/STP, HVAC and DG Sets
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Monitoring electricity, water, diesel and overall utility consumption
- Improving energy efficiency and reducing utility costs
- Monitoring pumps, motors and electrical panels
- Maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records




- Managing critical utility spares
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Identifying air, water and energy leakages
- Ensuring safety and utility compliance
- Supporting uninterrupted plant production
