Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Reels), Delhi

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, Graphic Designer & Video Editor to independently own and grow GetWings Aviation's entire social media presence.

This is a hands-on, in-house role based at our Delhi office, perfect for someone early in their career who wants to build real ownership over a brand's visual identity and content, from the first sketch to the final published reel.

You'll be the one-person creative engine behind our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms: editing, designing, and posting content that reflects the energy of the aviation and travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, and edit engaging Instagram/YouTube Reels, short-form videos, and long-form content for GetWings Aviation
- Design creatives, posters, banners, and carousels for all social media platforms.
- Own the end-to-end social media content calendar, ideation, creation, posting, and basic performance tracking.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to make content scroll-stopping.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, colors, and style across all platforms.
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats,



and reels trends relevant to the education/aviation space and adapt them for GetWings.
- Manage and organize a content library/archive of raw and edited assets.

Who we are looking for:

- Freshers to candidates with up to 2 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- A genuine passion for content creation, social media trends, and storytelling through video.
- Basic-to-working knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Strong sense of design, color, and typography.
- Self-driven, organised, and able to manage content end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, and able to work full-time in-house.
