Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic US/UK IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for US and UK clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls.

- Validate technical skills, experience, visa status, notice period, and salary expectations.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

- Maintain candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.

- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline.

Required Skills:

- Experience in IT Recruitment (Junior: 0-3 years, Senior: 4+ years).

- Valuable understanding of US/UK recruitment processes.

- Knowledge of IT technologies and roles.

- Solid communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, or similar sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT).

- Experience in staffing or consulting recruitment.

Experience:

- Junior Recruiter: 0-3 Years

- Senior Recruiter: 4-8+ Years
