Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team, focused on the US shift. This is an individual contributor role requiring a seasoned professional with 1-5 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for various roles within the organization.





This role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills and suitability.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find and attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (9 PM - 6 AM IST).
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
