Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage international calls from clients across various time zones, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.

- Process customer requests, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information to customers in a qualified manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).

- Experience in an International Call Center or BPO environment preferred.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
