- Shopify Ecommerce Management

Manage and optimize the Shopify store on a daily basis. Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

Ensure website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.

Coordinate with developers, designers, and third-party app providers.

Implement landing pages, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers.

Monitor website analytics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics partners, CRM, and marketing tools.

- Performance Marketing

Plan, Execute, And Optimize Paid Campaigns Across

Meta (Facebook Instagram)

Google Ads

YouTube

Influencer amplification campaigns

Manage advertising budgets and ROAS targets.

Conduct audience research and customer segmentation.

Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

Monitor KPIs Including

ROAS

CAC

CPA

CTR

Conversion Rate

Customer LTV

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

- Social Media Management

Manage Brand Presence Across

Instagram

Facebook

YouTube

LinkedIn (if applicable)

Develop monthly content calendars.

Coordinate content creation with designers, photographers,



influencers, and creators.

Publish and schedule content.

Monitor engagement and community interactions.

Respond to customer comments and messages.

Track social media performance metrics and growth.

- Content Brand Growth

Work closely with founders to build brand storytelling. Identify trending content opportunities.

Coordinate influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.

Assist in launching current products and campaigns.

Develop email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Support retention marketing initiatives.

- Analytics Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.

Generate actionable insights for improving sales and marketing performance.

Track overall ecommerce business metrics.
