We are looking for Hr compliance and labour law

HR Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all applicable central, state, and local labor laws.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and implement necessary policy and process updates.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement HR compliance policies and SOPs.

Labour Law Management
- Ensure compliance with:
- Shops Establishments Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Bonus Act
- Payment of Gratuity Act
- Employees' Provident Fund (EPF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
- Maternity Benefit Act
- Equal Remuneration provisions
- Contract Labour regulations (where applicable)
- Occupational Safety, Health Working Conditions Code (as applicable)
- Other applicable labor codes and state-specific regulations

- Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with legal consultants on labor law matters.
