Preferred Qualification ----MBA (F) / MCOM/ MSC

Role & responsibilities :

- Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
- Support in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
- Analyse industry trends, company financials, and market data to identify investment opportunities
- Collaborate with senior bankers on deal execution and client management
- Perform due diligence, risk assessments, and review financial documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of market, deal, and client information
- Liaise with internal teams (research, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow
- Monitor economic, financial, and geopolitical developments impacting investment decisions
- Prepare reports on transaction progress, risk exposure, and portfolio performance
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and current business development activities





Preferred candidate profile :
- MBA (Finance) or M. Com or Msc only (2022-2025 pass outs)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation techniques (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Keen interest in capital markets, M&A;, equity research, and investment trends
