Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Robust .Net Applications Through The Team, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Delivery Timelines.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In .Net Technologies, Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders.
3. Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies And Implement Enhancements To Existing Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Current Quality Standards And Client Needs.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members In .Net Development Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing And Talent Development To Mitigate Project Delivery Risks.
5. Analyze Client Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions Leveraging .Net And Sql Server, Ensuring A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Domains.
6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables Against Established Quality Benchmarks And Industry Best Practices, Providing Constructive Feedback.
