Hiring: Workday Finance Functional Lead (Contract)

nWe are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Functional Lead to drive large-scale, end-to-end Workday Financials implementations. In this client-facing leadership role, you will lead solution design, configuration, testing, and global deployment initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead 2+ large enterprise end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.n
- Drive requirements, configuration, and delivery across P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and General Ledger (GL) cycles.n
- Expertise in Supplier Accounts/Contracts, Procurement, Financials, AP, Fixed Assets, Banking & Settlement, Inventory, and application integrations.n
- Manage global and multi-country deployments, including localization, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.n
- Identify risks, mitigation plans,



and resolve complex functional issues.n
- Contribute to delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.n
- Support pre-sales activities, project estimation, scope definition, and resource planning.n

nPreferred Experience

- n
- Background in Financial Accounting and Procurement roles.n
- Experience with FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Reporting, Banking, Taxes, Supplier Accounts/Contracts, Procurement, Business Assets, and Inventory.n
- Hands-on experience in Workday Data Conversion (EIB, iLoad) and/or Financial Reporting.n
