About the Role:
nThe role requires a techno-functional specialist who will bridge the gap between functional analysts and technical specialists, ensuring seamless integration and configuration for OTC and PTP processes.

nExperience Level: 5+ Years
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Bridge the gap between functional analysts and the Technical Specialist for incidents requiring both module knowledge and integration/configuration awareness.n
- Diagnose incidents where an OTC or PTP business process failure is caused by an OIC integration issue, configuration mismatch, or REST API data error.n
- Monitor OIC integration dashboards for OTC/PTP-impacting flows; triage adapter errors and connector failures at functional-technical boundary.n
- Coordinate with Integration Architect for root cause analysis on complex OIC integration failures affecting OTC/PTP modules.n
- Provide surge capacity during hyper care and go-live windows where functional-technical boundary incidents spike.n
- Document functional-to-technical handoff procedures for OTC/PTP incidents and maintain cross-boundary runbooks.n

- Oracle Cloud OTC or PTP Implementation Specialist (1Z0-1080 or 1Z0-1065)n
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Service Specialist (1Z0-330-xx)n
- ITIL 4 Foundation — AXELOSn
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical awareness certification [Nice to Have]n
