nJob Description:-

nWe are seeking an experienced ERP Projects (Application Management Services - AMS) Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in supporting and maintaining ERP applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, service requests, change management, system enhancements, and production support while ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering high-quality support to business users.

nKey Responsibilities
n
nProvide L2/L3 production support for ERP applications under the AMS model.
n
nHandle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs.
n
nAnalyze business issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
n
nPerform application configuration,



enhancements, and bug fixes as per business requirements.
n
nCoordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
n
nSupport ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, or Manufacturing based on project requirements.
n
nParticipate in patching, upgrades, regression testing, and deployment activities.
n
nMonitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
n
nPrepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.
n
nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ongoing application support.
n
n
nRequired Skills
n
n4–8 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS).
n
nStrong experience in ERP production support and maintenance.
n
nKnowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
n
nHands-on
