Responsibilities
nDesigns, develops and maintains business intelligence reports and dashboards to support effective decision-making throughout the business.
nEnsures that solutions balance technical excellence with usability and accessibility while delivering best-in-class solutions to support a broad range of customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
nWorks collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to understand specifications and deliver features based on business requirements. Provides customer-focused solutions and builds and maintains effective customer relationships through timely follow-ups and efficient, effective feedback.
nEnables easy adoption of reports and dashboards by assisting with training and outreach programs.
nWorks independently or with a team to gather and interpret report specifications and identify data requirements.
nCommunicates and presents problem-solving rationale within various settings and to diverse audiences.

n6+ years relevant experience with developing reports and dashboards leveraging Workday reporting platform.
nProficiency in Workday data solutions, such as report development, Prism, Worksheets, Studio, etc.
nExperience creating and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases.
nExperience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.
nAbility to understand and work with large, complex systems.
nA foundational understanding of security concepts and secure code development techniques.
nExperience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
nAbility to develop positive working relationships and a solid rapport with team members.
nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
nPassionate about knowledge sharing
nAbility to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisors
nA background in Workday training or certification is highly desirable, along with a dee
