Java Backend Developer – Healthcare Technology (DevOps & Cloud)
n Location: Trivandrum, Hybrid

n Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for healthcare applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.n
- Implement and support healthcare interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR across integrated systems.n
- Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using cloud-native architectures and best practices.n
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of backend services.n
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk).n
- Design and manage containerized deployments and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.n
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).n
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and clinical stakeholders to deliver secure,



reliable, and observable healthcare integrations.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and infrastructure issues across connected healthcare systems.n
- Document code, integration workflows, infrastructure, and system architecture for maintainability.n

- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Experience with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, healthcare interoperability, and system integrations.n
- Backend: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.n
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, and networking services.n
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).n
- Containers & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.n
