nJob Requirements*
nAn SAP Security & GRC Consultant must have strong skills in user and role administration, authorization concepts, and SAP transactions like SU01, PFCG, SU53, and SUIM.
nThey should be proficient in SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis (SoD), Access Request Management, Firefighter (EAM), and audit remediation.
nKnowledge of S/4HANA security, Fiori roles, catalogs, CDS views, and basic SAP Basis and system landscape concepts is highly valued.
nA good consultant also understands business processes, compliance requirements (SOX, audits),



and how to translate business needs into secure role designs.
nStrong communication, documentation, problem-solving skills, along with relevant SAP Security or GRC certifications, are essential for growth opportunities.

- SAP IDM / SAP IAG (Cloud IAM) exposuren
- Basic ABAP debugging to analyze authorization issuesn
- Integration knowledge (SAP ↔ AD/LDAP, third‑party tools)n
- SAP Cloud & BTP security basicsn
- Risk management & audit reporting experiencen
- Automation tools (GRC workflow optimization, access reviews)n
- Strong documentation & presentation skillsn
- Client-facing experience during audits and go-livesn
