nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office infrastructure assistance, asset management, and project-based IT support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing the IT asset lifecycle, supporting office infrastructure, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with remote technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
nKey Responsibilities
nEnd-User Support
n
- n
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).n
- Provision, deploy, replace, upgrade, and decommission IT equipment.n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and end-user issues.n
- Escalate complex incidents to Level 2 support teams when required.n

nOffice Infrastructure Support

- Support office IT services, including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.n
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points,



and related network infrastructure.n
- Assist with conference room technologies, smart office solutions, and digital signage.n
- Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.n

nAsset Management

- Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.n
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.n
- Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.n
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.n

nProject & Site Support

- n
- Support office relocations, hardware refreshes, equipment deployments, and infrastructure projects.n
- Assist with business events, technology deployments, and remote hands support.n
- Escort and coordinate third-party vendors during onsite activities when required.n
