Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud .
Design and deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Advise clients on best practices,

AI-driven automation, and data analytics

to enhance CRM effectiveness.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders.
Identify and understand client pain points,



providing strategic recommendations.
Ensure

customer success and satisfaction

by delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Team Leadership & Project Execution
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects.
Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring

timely delivery and quality standards .
Lead

Agile/Scrum teams , ensuring smooth project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with Salesforce innovations, including

AI (Einstein GPT), Data Cloud, and Industry Cloud solutions .
Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and

workflow optimization .
Drive digital transformation initiatives and contribute to pre-sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
