n About the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced Analog Design Lead – Mixed-Signal SoC | BLE & UWB Connectivity to join the Central Analog Team within Texas Instruments' Embedded Processors Business Unit (EP BU).
n
nYou will lead the architecture, design, verification, and SoC integration of critical analog and mixed-signal IP blocks embedded into cutting-edge Connectivity SoCs — including BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and UWB (Ultra-Wideband) based products targeting automotive, industrial, and medical applications.

nThis is a principal-level, high-ownership leadership role where you will directly influence product differentiation,



mentor design engineers, and drive decisions with wide business impact across multiple products and teams.

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Lead architecture definition, circuit design, schematic, layout, verification, and SoC integration of analog/mixed-signal IP blocksn
- Own the design of one or more analog IPs including:n
- ADC, DAC, PLL, PGA, Filters n
- Crystal Oscillators, Temperature Sensors n
- LDO, Bandgap Reference, DC-DC Converters, Comparators n
- Lead circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations , and design for test (DFT)n
- Drive design verification (DV) flows and engage with DV tools and methodologiesn
- Provide full chip-level leadership — from block spec to silicon sign-offn
- Mentor and manage design engineers and interns — grow their careers and technical capabilitiesn
- Build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships with Architecture, DV, Tes
