- Serve as the primary point of contact for the clinic/unit.
- Coordinate patient flow, appointments, and clinic schedules.
- Maintain and update patient records, charts, and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Prepare and organize clinical documentation, referrals, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other departments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
- Relay messages, test results, and physician orders accurately and promptly.
- Assist with patient registration, admissions, and discharge processes.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide basic non-clinical assistance to patients and families as needed.
- Follow clinic policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- Ensure documentation meets legal and regulatory standards.
