Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at This Week in AI. The role involves designing intuitive user interfaces for the newsletter platform and related digital touchpoints, including landing pages, subscription flows, and content layouts. Day-to-day activities include creating visual concepts, mockups, and prototypes, refining user journeys, and collaborating with content and product stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

The UI/UX & Graphic Designer will also work on brand assets such as social graphics,



email templates, and promotional materials, while continuously iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience creating mockups and interactive prototypes for web or mobile interfaces.
- Proficiency in user experience design (UED), including user flows, wireframes, and usability considerations.
- Basic to intermediate front-end development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into easy, engaging visual experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Relevant experience in digital product design, UI/UX, or graphic design; a portfolio showcasing web or product work is required.
