About the Role

We’re a startup building our product from the ground up, and we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to be part of that journey.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding and product teams and have a direct impact on how the product looks, feels, and works. You’ll be involved from the early stages — understanding problems and requirements, thinking through user experiences, and turning them into polished, intuitive interfaces.

If you enjoy figuring things out, taking ownership, and building rather than simply maintaining an existing product, this role could be a great fit.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and a good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design web and application interfaces using Figma, following UI/UX and design best practices.
- Work closely with the product team to understand requirements, workflows, and user needs.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, screens, and high-fidelity designs.
- Help shape the product experience from the ground up, rather than simply working within an existing design framework.
- Create clean, consistent, and intuitive interfaces across different parts of the product.
- Apply principles of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour, usability, and responsive design.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Think critically about the user experience and suggest improvements rather than simply designing what is requested.

What We’re Looking For




- 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Good understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles.
- Ability to take a requirement or problem and turn it into a clear, logical user experience.
- Good eye for visual design, layouts, typography, spacing, and consistency.
- Understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work closely with product and engineering teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design work is strongly preferred.

Good to Have
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or B2B applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into frontend interfaces.
- Experience with usability testing or gathering user feedback.
