Internship Description Metaminds Studio is a globally recognised interactive website and mobile app development agency. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team.

This internship is a great prospect for aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms while working alongside experienced designers and developers.

You will get the opportunity to work on real-world projects for international clients, understand professional design workflows, and contribute to creating modern and user-friendly digital products.

What You'll Do

- Work primarily with US and EU-based clients. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Be a proactive AI user to design better and faster. Your workflow should incorporate AI tools as a starting point wherever applicable.
- Assist in designing UI/UX for websites and mobile applications.
- Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work with Figma to create layouts, components, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and other team members to bring designs to life.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
- Conduct basic research and analyse user requirements to improve the overall user experience.
- Make design improvements based on feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, web design, and digital product trends.

What We're Looking For




- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and processes.
- Familiarity with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, spacing, grids, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- A portfolio or sample projects. Academic, personal, or freelance projects are acceptable.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve the design process and productivity.

Additional Requirement We work extensively with US and EU-based clientele, so fluent English communication skills are mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating professionally, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with team members in English.

Internship Details

Job Type: Internship → May convert to Full-Time Opportunity

Total Program Duration: 6 Months

Structure:

2 Months Unpaid Training → 4 Months Paid Internship → Full-Time Opportunity

Internship Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month
