We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience to create intuitive, engaging and user-focused experiences for our web-based SaaS platform. You’ll own the design process from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes and developer handoff, working closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to deliver simple, scalable and visually consistent digital experiences.

What we’re looking for

- 4–6 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web applications, SaaS products or digital platforms
- Robust portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, libraries and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, information architecture and interaction design
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile
- Ability to translate complex business requirements and workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, UI components and visual guidelines
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, spacing, layout, hierarchy and accessibility principles
- Experience collaborating with developers, product owners and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage feedback, revisions and multiple design tasks within sprint timelines
- Good to have: usability testing, user research, analytics tools, HTML/CSS basics, Agile/Scrum and experience with B2B SaaS products

What you’ll do
- Analyze product requirements, user stories, business workflows and acceptance criteria
- Convert complex requirements into user journeys, task flows, information architecture and intuitive experiences
- Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Design responsive interfaces for web applications across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
- Plan and conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing when required
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements based on user feedback, data and product goals
- Build, maintain and improve reusable components,

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and technically feasible implementation
- Prepare clear design specifications, assets, states and interaction details for developer handoff
- Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain visual and functional consistency
