As we expand our trips to more destinations across India, we're building a team of passionate Trip Captains who can lead our groups on the road.

THE ROLE — TRIP CAPTAIN

As a Trip Captain, you'll be the on-ground face of Ghumo Bihar during our trips.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate group trips
- Manage travellers throughout the journey
- Coordinate with hotels, transport & local partners
- Handle on-ground situations and basic emergencies
- Keep the group informed and engaged
- Ensure a smooth, safe & enjoyable trip experience
