We’re looking for a high-energy, curious and people-oriented intern to join our growing travel startup.
If you love travel, enjoy talking to people and want to learn how a travel business works from enquiry to booking, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What you'll do? Connect with incoming travel enquiries and understand customer requirements
?️ Maintain and update client records in our CRM
? Recommend suitable group trips, customised trips and treks
? Prepare and share trip itineraries with customers
? Handle customer queries through WhatsApp & Instagram
? Follow up regularly with previous and active enquiries
? Build relationships with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings
You’ll work across
- Group Trips
- Customised Trips
- Treks & Adventure Trips
- GIT & FIT enquiries
Destinations you'll work with?️ McLeodganj – Dharamshala – Triund
?️ Manali – Kasol – Sissu
?️ Bir Billing – Barot
? Jibhi – Jalori – Tirthan
& a lot of Treks
Prior travel industry experience isn't mandatory.
We're more interested in your energy, communication, curiosity and willingness to learn.
We’re looking for someone who is:⚡ Proactive and energetic
?️ Comfortable speaking to people over calls
? Quick to learn and absorb knowledge
? Genuinely interested in travel
? Good at written & verbal communication
? Comfortable with follow-ups and sales
? Self-driven and willing to take ownership A valuable understanding of travel destinations is a plus, but your ability to learn quickly matters more.
