GAJAN Group Holdings | Remote, India | Full time | Evening Shift

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month base plus per-booking commission. Realistic earnings for a performing consultant: 32,000 to 50,000 per month.

GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products, an AI operations platform, an online travel agency, and more. The team is small. The work is real. Everyone here owns their function outright.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

You will own the customer end to end for our online travel agency. Three jobs in one seat, because at this stage one person should hold the whole relationship: you convert inquiries into bookings, you build and ticket the itinerary, and you handle the trip when something goes wrong at 11 pm with a family stuck at an airport.

Our customers travel between Canada and India: family visits, weddings, seniors flying with assistance, students, peak-season fares. They message on WhatsApp and call in English, Hindi and Punjabi, and they expect one person who knows their booking. That is you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Convert inquiries into bookings: quote fast and accurately, ask the questions a real consultant asks, follow up until the customer books or says no
- Build and ticket itineraries: flights, hotels, packages, add-ons like wheelchair assistance, meals and seats, and visa guidance where we offer it
- Own the trip after booking: date changes, fare rules, refunds, airline waivers, schedule changes, and the emergencies that happen outside office hours
- Handle crises calmly: cancelled connections, missed flights, stranded customers; you are the person who fixes it and the message they get first
- Keep the CRM and booking records true: every inquiry logged, every PNR noted, every follow-up scheduled
- Report weekly in numbers: inquiries,



quotes sent, bookings closed, conversion rate, issues handled, commission earned
- Work 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST, Monday to Saturday, matching the Canadian day and evening

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 4 years at a travel desk: agency, OTA, airline or consolidator, with real bookings you personally handled and can describe by volume
- Fare-rule fluency: you know what non-refundable actually means, how change fees work, when an airline waiver applies, and what to check before you promise a customer anything
- Fluent English plus conversational Hindi and Punjabi: our customers speak all three and switch mid-call
- You sell without pushing: you can recover a quiet inquiry and you know when the cheapest option is the wrong one to sell
- Calm under pressure and available for the emergencies this job includes
- Comfortable with booking systems: a GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is ideal; OTA back office or consolidator portals are fine if your fare knowledge is real
- Based in India, with a quiet space and reliable internet for calls

Bonus points for GDS certification, experience with India to Canada or India to UK routes, visa process familiarity, senior and special-assistance travel handling, or having worked an overnight or emergency support line.
