Role Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team in a full-time remote role.

The role is primarily focused on selling international holiday packages, especially Maldives, Mauritius, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Understand customer budgets, travel dates, preferences, and requirements
- Design and sell customized international holiday packages
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, resorts, room categories, and meal plans
- Prepare quotations and customized itineraries
- Follow up with customers and manage an active sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other suppliers
- Manage hotel, flight, transfer, and activity reservations
- Upsell room upgrades, meal plans, transfers, activities, and experiences
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations,



follow-ups, and bookings
- Stay updated on destination information, resort offers, promotions, and entry requirements
- Assist customers with amendments and cancellations when required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Sales, Travel Consulting, or International Tour Packages preferred
- Strong sales, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good knowledge of Maldives and Mauritius is highly preferred
- Knowledge of South and Southeast Asian destinations is an advantage
- Experience preparing customized quotations and itineraries
- Strong communication skills over phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously
- Solid attention to detail when handling pricing, dates, and reservations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace
- Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, DMCs, hotels, or hospitality companies is an advantage
