Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing the complete booking cycle and supporting the company's travel back-office operations. The consultant will assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international trips, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tour packages.

Responsibilities include advising clients on travel options, preparing customised itineraries with accurate costing, handling reservations and ticketing, and managing amendments or cancellations.

The role involves responding to customer enquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with suppliers and B2B portals, processing travel insurance and visa assistance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and offers.



The Travel Consultant will work closely with the team to deliver timely, courteous service that meets both company and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Consulting skills, with the ability to advise on destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
- Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements — booking flights, hotels, transport, and holiday packages.
- Proficiency in handling reservations using travel booking portals or GDS platforms, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills — clear communication, problem-solving, and a client-focused approach.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and priorities.
- Familiarity with travel industry regulations and documentation requirements (visas, insurance) and basic geography.
- Comfort with computers and office software; experience with travel software is an advantage.
- A relevant qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively within a team.
