Role Description The Training Manager role at READINEXT is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Training Manager will design, implement, and manage training programs for clients and internal teams, including training needs analysis, curriculum development, instructional planning, and scheduling.

This role involves coordinating with subject matter experts and technology specialists to create engaging digital and blended learning experiences while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. The Training Manager will oversee training delivery, monitor learner progress, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

The role also includes stakeholder communication, resource planning, learning and development management, training and development management, talent and capability development, manpower development, skills development, and continuous enhancement of training processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Learning & Development Management, Training & Development Management, Talent Development, Manpower Development, Skills Development, and Capability Development,



with the ability to translate business requirements into structured learning interventions.

- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional planning, competency development, and learning program management.

- Experience with e-learning development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital or mobile learning platforms, preferably within corporate or educational environments.

- Proficiency in facilitation, classroom and virtual training delivery, and learner engagement techniques, with strong presentation and communication abilities.

- Experience in managing employee learning, skill enhancement, workforce capability building, and professional development initiatives.

- Capability in project and stakeholder management, including planning, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Analytical skills to track training metrics, evaluate training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and use data to refine learning content, delivery methods, and development strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Learning & Development, Training & Development, Talent Development, or Instructional Design will be an advantage.

- Prior experience in training management, learning and development, talent development, manpower development, skills development, employee development, or capability building, ideally within e-learning, technology, corporate training, or education services.

- Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram, with a collaborative mindset, adaptability to changing client requirements, and a commitment to learner-centered training practices.
