Role Description The Training Placement Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campus placement activities for students in various disciplines. This full time, on-site role in Hanumangarh involves building and maintaining relationships with employers, organizing recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and placement-related events. The officer will design and deliver training programs to enhance students’ employability, including soft skills, interview preparation, and resume-building workshops.

Daily tasks include liaising with academic departments,



tracking placement statistics, supporting students through the recruitment process, and continuously improving placement strategies based on feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Campus Placement and College Recruiting, with experience in coordinating employer interactions and placement processes.
- Strong Communication and Soft Skills, including the ability to engage with students, employers, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability in Training, particularly in designing and delivering employability and career development programs for students.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education institutions or corporate talent acquisition is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills, with proficiency in using digital tools for data management and communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administration, and a student-centric approach to problem-solving.
