Role Description The Training Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for showroom and corporate staff to support sales excellence, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role is based at the headquarters in Thrissur and involves assessing training needs, creating learning plans, and conducting regular classroom and on-the-floor training sessions. The role includes preparing training materials and manuals, coordinating induction programs, organizing product and process training, and ensuring consistent implementation of company standards across locations.

The Training

Manager will track training effectiveness through evaluations and performance metrics, provide coaching to team members and store leadership,



and collaborate with HR and operations to align learning initiatives with business objectives. The role also requires maintaining training records, scheduling sessions, and supporting change management during new product launches, system updates, and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Learning and development skills, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, and facilitation of classroom and practical training sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver clear training content, build trust with participants, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in retail or customer-facing environments, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or related sectors, with an understanding of sales processes and customer service standards.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage training schedules, maintain documentation, and handle multiple programs across different locations.
- Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness, interpret performance data, and recommend improvements to learning initiatives.
- Proficiency in common office and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with using digital learning platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education, or a related field; a specialization or certification in training, L&D;, or instructional design is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, with flexibility to travel to showrooms as needed, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
