Job Purpose

Identify and lead the process of finding acquisitions in the region to further enhance and develop the training business in conjunction with segments heads and regional / country business managers A strong communicator, who is comfortable presenting material to senior business leaders with client centric can do attitude

Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Zonal Managers & Business HR

Grow and develop our employees, supporting the business requirements and personal career ambitions, while also improving quality by site, team and individual

Development of a blended training approach incorporating both classroom web-based delivery

Able to demonstrate the ability to effectively listen, partner, and consult to obtain optimal results

Able to translate issues in to a set of articulated operating requirements

Highly organized with ability to proven track record of delivery of results

Ability to work collaboratively and drive decision making in a global workplace

During the period August through April the Regional Training Manager will conduct training workshops throughout the region
