Job Purpose To provide specialist training in vacuum technology and equipment , covering vacuum generation, measurement, leak detection, chamber systems and vacuum equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach vacuum fundamentals and pressure regimes.
- Train learners on rotary, dry and turbo pump concepts.
- Explain vacuum gauges and measurement principles.
- Conduct practical demonstrations of chambers, valves and fittings.
- Train learners on leak detection and troubleshooting.
- Explain pump-down curves and vacuum-system behaviour.
- Develop preventive-maintenance and troubleshooting exercises.
Required Skills Experience
- 5 12 years of experience in industrial vacuum, semiconductor equipment or vacuum research .
- Strong knowledge of vacuum physics, pumps, gauges, chambers, valves and leak detection.
- Good mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of equipment safety.
