- Conduct training sessions for team members and travel professionals
- Coordinate training schedules, activities, and internal programs
- Develop and deliver engaging training content
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support team development and improve overall performance
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training and coordination
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
- Confident personality with a professional approach
- Ability to train, guide, and motivate teams
- Experience in the travel & tourism industry will be an advantage
